5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

If the two parties cannot resolve the dispute through friendly negotiation within the agreed time limit, any party may submit the dispute to the competent court with jurisdiction located in Boca del Río, Veracruz, Mexico for final adjudication. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts, and agree to waive any objection to the inconvenience of the trial venue.
